Cheesy Chicken and Green Chilies Lasagna


This right here is AMAZING! It has become a family favorite.  It was super easy to make and didn't take much time to put together either.  

Ingredients 
1 1/2 cup-/Cooked and Shredded Chicken Breast
1 cup-Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup-Softened Low Fat Cream Cheese
1/2 cup-Plain Greek Yogurt
1- 4oz can Green Chilies 
2 TBSP-Diced Jalapenos
1 tsp-Cumin
1 tsp-Chili Powder
1/2 tsp-Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp-Salt
4 Whole Wheat Tortillas

Directions
-Preheat oven to 425
-Mix together well chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, green chilies, jalapenos, and seasonings together.
-Spray bottom of a medium baking dish with cooking spray
-Layer 2 tortillas on the bottom of baking dish
-Next layer half chicken mixture using a spoon or spatula
-Top mixture with the last 2 tortillas
-Layer last half of chicken mixture on top of tortillas
-Top with 2 TBSP with low fat shredded cheese
-Cover and bake for 20 minutes or till cheese is melted.
