Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BBQ

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BBQ (21 Day Fix approved)
(21 Day Fix-1 red, 1/4 purple, 1/4 green, 1 yellow)
-1 pork loin
-1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1/2 cup water
-1 cup onion
-1 cup mushrooms
-1tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1/4 cup red win vinegar
-1/4 cup yellow mustard

-Combine the first 6 ingredients in a crock pot
-Cook on low for 7-8 hours
-Drain and shred pork.  Return to crock pot
-Stir in red wine vinegar and mustard (can add more for taste)
-Serve (1 red container) or 2/3 cups of pork on whole wheat bun or roll
