Mommy & Me Workouts

Hey Everyone!  I'm going to start posting some workouts I'm starting to do with my 3 month old!  I like to add a few things here and there to my workouts.  Plus the best thing is they aren't time consuming either.  Just simple ones that you can do whenever.  I usually do a couple sets of 10-15 three times throughout the day!  And who doesn't like to spend a little more time with their little ones while getting a workout in as well?

Hold your baby tightly under their arms.  Hold them out in front of you. Then slowly lift them up then slow back down. Repeat this move 10-15 times three times a day.

Yes these are just normal push ups that everyone knows about but they are a little better when you add your little one in there! Do 3 sets of 10-20 reps. Modify when needed! There's no shame in that at all. Plus a bonus: Is all the kisses you can give to your little one!
